This policy describes the current directory implementation. It should be reviewed by qualified US privacy counsel as the service, jurisdictions, and data flows evolve.
Information we collect
If you send a clinic inquiry or continue through a gated booking link, we collect the details you submit, such as your name, email, phone number, state, preferred contact method, timing, service interest, and message. Do not include medical records or sensitive health details that are not needed for the clinic to respond.
Clinic owners and applicants may also provide business contact, account, listing, and billing-administration information. Our server may record limited click data such as the destination, time, referring page, browser or device information, and a pseudonymous network identifier for short-window duplicate prevention.
How we use and share information
Inquiry information is used to operate the directory inquiry service and is shared with the clinic you selected so it can respond. It may also be accessed by authorized PeptideFinder personnel for support, fraud prevention, delivery, dispute handling, reporting, and billing administration.
We use service providers to host and operate the site, store records, send email, process clinic-owner payments, and measure site use when you consent. Current providers include Vercel, Supabase, Resend, Stripe, and Google. They process information under their own terms and our service arrangements. We do not sell patient inquiry data.
Optional analytics and storage
Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics remain off unless you accept optional analytics. If accepted, they may receive page, referral, device, approximate-location, and interaction data. Advertising storage is disabled by our configuration. We also use session storage for campaign attribution after consent and local storage to remember your analytics choice.
Essential cookies may still be used for market selection, security, clinic-owner authentication, and account sessions. You can reopen Privacy choices in the footer at any time.
Retention and deletion
We retain records only for as long as reasonably needed to operate the service, administer clinic accounts and billing, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and maintain business records. Different record types may have different retention periods.
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information. Some information may need to be retained where required for security, accounting, dispute, or legal reasons.
Your choices and state rights
You may decline optional analytics without losing access to clinic search or inquiry features. Depending on where you live and whether a law applies to our activities, you may have additional rights concerning access, correction, deletion, or use of personal information. We will assess verified requests under the applicable requirements.
To make a request, email hello@peptidefinder.us with enough information for us to identify the relevant record. We may need to verify your identity before acting.
Security, children, and urgent care
We use access controls and service-provider safeguards intended to protect stored information, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. The directory is intended for adults and is not designed to collect information from children.
Do not use a directory inquiry for an emergency or urgent medical issue. Contact emergency services or an appropriate healthcare service instead.
International processing and contact
Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. Their privacy and security practices are governed by their policies and contractual obligations.
