What Is Bremelanotide (PT-141)?

Bremelanotide (PT-141) is an FDA-approved melanocortin receptor agonist that works centrally in the brain to increase sexual desire and arousal. Unlike PDE5 inhibitors (Viagra, Cialis) that work on blood flow, PT-141 acts on the nervous system to directly increase libido.
